THE DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FEATURES

Marsa Zayed is a mega mixed-use waterfront project that will redefine Aqaba’s skyline and lifestyle offerings. The master plan stretches along a 3.2 km development strip with 2 km of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Aqaba. It is the biggest real estate and tourism project in Jordan’s history and one of the most ambitious in the Middle East.

AQABA MARINE RESERVE INSCRIBED ON THE UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE LIST

The Aqaba Marine Reserve in Jordan was officially inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in July 2026. Spanning 7 kilometers of Jordan's Gulf of Aqaba coastline, it is globally celebrated for its rare, thermally resilient coral reefs that adapt to high heat and serve as a vital climate change refuge.
